We called Reliable Plumbing about an issue we were having with the pedestal sink faucet in our bathroom and John from Reliable came out to check out the problem and after he was finished he found several additional issues with the sink and we decided to remove and replace it with a new vanity sink which we agreed on after he explained the other issues he found with the original sink... John was very professional, knowledgeable, and a nice guy, he also explained everything he was doing and he even replaced the two shut off valves for the sink which were very old and after he was finished with the installation it looked beautiful. Oh and I forgot to mention that John was even nice enough to help us pick out the new vanity.We would definitely recommend and use Reliable Plumbing again. ~ John G

Just had Reliable out to fix a leak under my kitchen sink, and they were AWESOME!!! Super friendly and easy to talk to, the plumber showed up when he said he would (which was not too long after I called!), and got the issue diagnosed quickly. He explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and the whole thing was fixed way faster than I expected. No trying to upsell you or use a ton of jargon so you don’t even know what you’re paying for. No mess left behind either, which I really appreciated. I had such a positive experience with Reliable Plumbing & Sewer Service Inc. when my water heater’s flammable vapor sensor kept acting up. After trying to reset it on my own a few times, I reached out to them for help. From the start, they were so kind and thorough. Not only did they diagnose the problem, but they also helped me get a replacement part through the manufacturer’s warranty, which saved me a lot of money. The team replaced the part quickly, and now my water heater is working perfectly again. This is the second time we have had Reliable Plumbing out to our home for two different issues and they are great. I called them on a Saturday because our sump pump was backing up into our kitchen sink and downstairs toilet. They came that day and fixed it. Before fixing it he took me into the crawl space and described in detail the issue we were having and what needed to be done to fix it. They were nice, efficient, and definitely reliable. The team at Reliable is great to work with! Making an appointment is very easy over the phone. Very flexible scheduling. The team shows up on time and is courteous. We used them to replace a very leaky toilet, garbage disposal with a backed up trap, and spigot. No delays in getting parts the job is always completed fast. Incredible service. John came out on time as promised and worked on an issue we had with a leaky bathtub. Professional, friendly and honest. Just used Reliable for the first time. I called Friday afternoon for an appointment for a quote. John came on Monday, gave me the quote which I accepted. He was able to immediately replace my leaking Silcock valve. Used premium parts and performed a professional installation. No more weeping valve when watering and inflating my bill.
